Straight answer first
What changes from one company to the next is not how heavy the day is. It is whether you are paid on time, whether somebody trained you before sending you into a home, and whether the people beside you today are still beside you next month. That is what this page is about, and it is the part most job posts leave out.
What you can hold us to
Not every other week. A rhythm you can run a household on, without doing arithmetic to reach the end of the month.
You are paid while you learn our standard. Nobody is handed an address and left to work out what good looks like on their own.
The people you work beside on Monday are the people you work beside next month. Clients get the same cleaners each visit, and that only works if crews are stable.
The work is checked before the crew leaves the home. When something is off it gets handled there and then, instead of coming back at you days later as a complaint.
Our referral program pays, and it exists for a plain reason: good crew members tend to know other good people.
Advancement here is a plan, not a word in a posting. The people who train and check the work started on a crew.

The shape of a day

You work with a crew. On a hard house that means help, and on an ordinary one it means the day passes with someone to talk to.

You pull into the driveway of a home that is expecting you, in a vehicle with the company name on it. You are not explaining who you are at the door.

Because the same cleaners return to the same homes, clients learn your names. Nobody re-explains the house to you every week, and the work gets easier as you go.

A supervisor walks it with you. That protects the client, and it protects you from being blamed for something you never touched.
From application to crew
A short application on our hiring page. It takes about ten minutes.
A real conversation about your schedule, the area you can reach, and what you are looking for. Full-time, weekdays and weekend hours are all on the table.
You learn the standard before you take it into a client home. Paid, from the first day.
A crew and a route, not a different set of strangers every morning.
The advancement plan is open to anyone on a crew. Some people want the route and nothing else, and that is a fine answer too.
