The story begins
Renata Zerbinatti founded Manatee Ladies Cleaning in Bradenton in 2018, and she still walks every estimate herself. As the company grew across Manatee and Sarasota County, more and more calls arrived while the whole team was out on jobs, and she wanted every one of them handled with the same care as the cleaning itself.
Her answer was not to hand customer service to a machine. It was to give her people a helping hand. Mandy is that hand: an AI assistant who makes sure every call is heard, every message is written down and every request reaches the person who can solve it.
The goal is simple. Better processes behind the scenes, so the quality you feel in your home is the same quality you feel when you call us.
