How we work
The same crew returns. Most cleaning companies send whoever is available that day. We assign a trained crew to your home and keep it there. They learn the house — which surfaces need care, where the dog sleeps, what you notice first when you walk in.
A supervisor checks before we leave. Every visit ends with someone other than the person who cleaned it walking the home. That is the step that makes the standard repeatable rather than dependent on who showed up.
The owner does your estimate. Renata walks the home herself, in about twenty minutes, and gives you the number in person. It does not change afterward.
What we are careful about
We do not publish prices, because a number quoted for a house nobody has seen is a guess. Two homes of the same size can be hours apart depending on condition, pets and how long since the last professional clean.
We do not use superlatives about ourselves. The 811 reviews are public and say it better.
